If you’re looking for a hands on and creative activity to balance all the ropes courses and escape rooms, a great way to build team communication and skills is a ceramics workshop. Either in the Ceremony Clay Studio (up to 7 team members) or onsite at your PDX location (additional fee, up to 20 team members), we’ll work through exercises meant to highlight the attributes and weaknesses of your group over three hours. We’ll identify short and long term goals, how to break down tasks and effectively tackle them to actualize those outcomes. And the team will be left with a permanent reminder of the exercises and hard work accomplished. Ceremony Clay will work with your team lead to customize the workshop for your team goals.
Studio Head Amanda Blum just left a career as an Organization Strategist, specializing in scaling and crisis, organization audits and process plans, for her first love: ceramics. You’ll reap the benefit of all her experience as she facilitates the workshop. All clay, glaze and firing is included. Daytime and evenings available.
