Divot is ideal anytime a dish needs a pinch of something-that tiny bit of fresh grated wasabi you’d serve with sashimi- or the chili flakes you’d serve on the side. Or maybe some maldon salt, or grated ginger and radish on the side of hiyayakko. The dark oceany glaze flashes black and blues, and is a good gloss. Divot stacks 3 high, is dishwashable and an easy plate to serve. Even with a curved base it sits solidly on the table, holding about 3.5oz and .5 oz of condiment and is dishwashable.
