Description
Nest is a bowl that wants what’s within to peek out. It asks diners to carefully eat what’s inside, just as careful as you might be with a real nest full of eggs. Perched on three delicate legs, each holds a 4-6 oz of food. Imagine a pea risotto, with edible flowers peeking out between branches, or a sunomono with black sesame seeds. Even a trio of soft boiled quail eggs on purple potatoes would be spectacular. While delicate, Nest can be stacked 3 high for storage and is easy to serve.
